No Shipping Cost (Free Shipping) Items:
All free shipping apply to 48 lower U.S. states only. Surcharge applies to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico AFO/APO. All other locations please contact us for the exact shipping cost. If the item purchased is return for refund the actual shipping cost will be deducted when the refund is issue.
What is the Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy?
Because we want you to be completely satisfy therefore we offer 30 days satisfaction guarantee! If for any reason that you are not satisfy with the product, simply return it to us, no questions ask! Customer needs to contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior shipping back the product. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost back to our facilities. Product must be return in it's original condition as new and unused. Original packing material must appear as new and unopen. 15% restocking fee will apply to all return items. Car Alarm products needs to be return with receipt from a professional installation shop if it's defective other wise product should be return as in its original condition as wire uncut or either return will not be accepted or 25% fee might apply. Refund will be issues (less shipping and handling) within 3 business days after receive of the product. Items will not be authorized for return after 30 days from the delivery date. Your credit card or Paypal account will be refunded once the we receives the returned item.

How and who do you ship with?...
When possible, your package will ship via UPS; doorstep service is usually available. UPS will not notify you prior to delivery.
We normally ship with USPS for items weights 2 lbs and under. Only these item can be allow to ship to P.O. Box. For items over 3 lbs will be ship by UPS. Buyer needs to provide physical shipping address since UPS dose not deliver to P.O.Box.

What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?
All Products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Re-worked products carry 30 days warranty only. Please contact us for help with warranty issues for products you purchased through our company. We strive to carry quality products that will very rarely require utilization of the manufacturer's warranty.
What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?
In the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. We will arrange for a replacement to be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge your credit card for the non-returned item.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
If we are able to cancel your order before it is shipped, there is not a charge for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance.
